Trés bon accueil, nous avions réservé sur booking.con. Chambre spacieuse pour 3 personnes avec douche et wc intégrés. Nous y avons bien dormi et au calme. Taxi obligatoire pour l'aéroport (20€), qu'il faut appeler 5mn avant le départ. En journée il y a le n 91 qui vous emméne à la gare de Bologne ( 1,70€)

Le personnel était vraiment désagréable, l'atmosphère glaciale. J'ai travaillé moi-même dans la restauration pendant des années et j'ai donc beaucoup de patience avec le personnel de ce milieu. Je peux comprendre le stress, je sais parfaitement qu'il faut parfois devoir patienter en tant que client etc... Mais la base du métier est d'être courtois et de sourire. On nous a traité dès le check-in avec déférence...

J’ai choisi cette hôtel afin de m’éviter de me déplacer dans la ville. Je ne suis restée qu’une nuit et j’ai passé mon temps dans ma chambre alors, je ne peux pas évaluer l’ambiance. Le personnel est TRÈS gentil et bien que tu puisse t’y rendre en marchant de l’aéroport, j’ai opté pour le bus, c’est aussi efficace! Déjeuner non inclus, mais très bon, un peu plus varié que les déjeuner classique d’auberge. Si tu cherche qu’une ace ou te reposer, ici, c’est parfait!
