Ceci est plutôt un BnB en non pas une auberge de jeunesse. Ne vous attendez donc pas à une ambiance quelconque. Les toilettes ne marchaient pas, malgré le problème signalé !

The staff were really helpful and welcoming! And the hotel is in a great location - easy to get everywhere in Florence and only a short walk from the statue of David. The rooms are basic but clean. Shower was very small but there is wveyrhing there you need.
