La chambre très propre bien organisé ! L’hôtel très calme, vraiment pour se relaxer, pas des fêtes, pas des bruits, vraiment ça m’a plu énormément ! I appreciate the comfort of the room (studio) very comfortable also the reception, very nice staff

L'accueil était très chaleureux, la chambre confortable et meublée avec goût. Le petit dej pris dans le jardin était un vrai moment de détente avec des produits frais et de très bonne qualité.
La localisation près du tramway, nous a permis de rejoindre le centre de Nice très rapidement. Un vrai coup de coeur pour cet établissement.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is run by a charming lady who made us very welcome, is most helpful and available when needed while at the same time having complete privacy. We had a room with balcony overlooking a quiet residential street. Hotel Villa Saint Hubert is a charming old style villa with a lovely front patio area where breakfast is available by pre-arrangement. Ideally located, 20 mins walk from city centre, train/tram/bus stops within mins.
