All activities and designs from Hoianese are aimed toward bringing you closer to the local people, local culture, and history of Hoi An.

1. Check-in time: 14:00pm to 22:00pm
2. Check-out time: before 11:00am
3. Cancellation policy: 1 day advance notice for free cancellation
4. Payment: Cash or Credit Card only upon checking in
5. Taxes: included
6. Breakfast: not included
7. Free Walking Tour to the ancient town every Mon, Wed, Fri
8. No curfew, but please lower your voice after 22:00pm
9. No smoking in rooms, but a designated area is provided
10. Child policy: children are not allowed
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Reception working hours: from 06:00am to 22:00pm.

A lovely new hotel, we stayed at the Hoianese Central hotel and the staff at both were incredible. The pool here is really great, with bikes and scooters available. They also promote social events at partnering hostels if you’re looking for something fun.
Unfortunately an item in my laundry went missing but they offered compensation and was not the fault of the hotel but rather the laundrette.
Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off they are a new place and were great.
