We were expecting a dorm in a room, but we ended up sleeping in a kitchen, with just some screens to separate it from the beds....
A kitchen is the last place one would want to sleep in a youth hostel, even for a cheap price. This should not be allowed!

Staff is simply unqualified, the reception guy barely spoke italian OR english, 45 minutes for a check-in. Apart from this, the rooms are neat.

Nous avons pu entrer dans une chambre climatisée très spacieuse avec balcon dès 10h du matin, à 15 ou 20 minutes de la station de bus. Il y a plusieurs salles de bain communes, très propres et avec sèche cheveux. Les lieux sont calmes. Dommage que l'environnement ne soit pas attractif, sale comme la plupart des grandes villes siciliennes hors hiper centre. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
