1. Check in time : From 12:00 to 23:00. If you arrive at 4:00- 5:00 AM, please send us a message for FREE pick up and early check in if our room are available.
2. Check out time : Before 12:00. However, if you want to late check out just let's our staff know then we will arrange it for you.
3. Payment method: cash (Vietnamese,Europe or dollars) or credit card (visa or mastercard with 3% transaction fee)
4. At least 1 day advance notice for free cancellation.
5. For group booking (more than 3 people), we try our best to organize all of you in the same room but our dorm is small (3-4 people), so sometimes it is impossible. Please notice this before make your reservation.

Auberge située au milieu des montagnes, avec une très belle vue.
Nous avons été déçues par l’humidité, la poussière, la non proximité des lieux. En effet, a chaque fois que nous voulions sortir, il fallait payer 500.000 dong pour le taxi de l’auberge.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la nourriture était médiocre.
A part ceci, le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant.

Diner familial délicieux par contre la famille ne parle pas vraiment anglais donc nous n'avons pas pu échanger avec eux. Leur employé parle cependant très bien anglais. La chambre était propre.
