N’ayant pas résidé dans cette chambre durant ce séjour, puisque je n’y suis finalement pas allée. ma réservation était de 18 euros. Comme beaucoup de personnes était sur ce site, je n’ai pas réussi à annuler mais j’ai pu avoir la réceptionniste par WhatsApp pour lui demander d’annuler ma réservation. Mais on ne m’a même pas remboursé!

From what I've seen, this seems like far and away the best choice of hostel in Almaty, as long as being centrally located is not hugely important to you. The staff is great, the other guests were all friendly (though be aware that most are Kazakh/Russian speakers).

Simply one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. It is a giant mansion that has a family home feel to it. The breakfast is amazing. Very clean and safe....I mean you name it.
