Stelios Place was established almost 30 years ago in 1992. We are a family run business and we promise you an unforgettable holiday. You will quickly become a member of our family!!

Stelios Place hotel is located at the famous Perissa black sand beach, only 2 minutes walk from the sea.
Perissa offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops
There is also a diving centre & watersports on the beach.
On the main road of Perissa , 2minutes walk away from Stelios Place you can find ATV rentals, car rentals, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser & beauty salon & SPA.
Bus stop is located 2minutes walk from the hotel on the main road with a frequent bus service to Fira. During the high season around every 20-30mins, and 45-60 mins in low season.
Stelios Place can arrange you for your arrival & depart day a taxi/mini bus at an extra cost.

Personnel souriant et bien situé près de la plage. Cependant, le personnel nous a donné de l’information fautive sur un tour qu’il nous ont vendu, qui a été assez désagréable au final (journée sur un bateau trop chargée sans place pour s’asseoir, plusieurs heures à attendre dans un bus et seulement 1h30 à Oia alors que nous étions supposés y passer 3h). Le personnel met la faute sur la compagnie de bateau, mais c’est eux qui vendent le tour. Parfaite désorganisation comme partout sur cette île.

Excellente hostel à Perissa Beach, situé à 30 secondes de marches de la plage et des restaurants. Le personnel est très chaleureux et souriant. Le propriétaire de l'établissement est venu nous chercher au port et nous reconduire après notre séjour. Chambre propre et ménage fait à chaque jour. Rien à dire de négatif, excellent rapport qualité / prix :)

Such a warm welcome! The best you van find with so kind people.
Everything is clean and the rooms have all you need. Have a preference for ones with private bathroom I guess.
It feels like visiting family!
