Westway Guest House is a friendly, family-run guesthouse set in a quiet residential area of Galway, just one mile from the city centre. Our spacious guest rooms are all ensuite and equipped with televisions, WiFi, hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Please note our three person room features a double bed and a single bed while our four person room features 2 double beds. Guests can unwind in our sun room or guest lounge. Off street parking is provided.
Your host Jennifer is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of accommodation while providing a homely atmosphere.
Westway Guest House is located just 1 mile from the city centre allowing you to enjoy all the attractions of medieval Galway, from the Spanish Arch, Claddagh Village-home of the Claddagh Ring, University grounds to Quay Street with its quaint bars and restaurants and Salthill promenade. Take a boat trip to the Aran Islands, or explore The Burren and Connemara.

La réceptionniste était désagréable et n a pas été arrangeante, nous avons failli perdre la réservation et elle aurait tout de même empoche l argent.

Flexible and kind attitude of the landlord, nice B&B with a generous continental breakfast. About 2 kms from downtown Galway but with a bus stop very closed and frequent buses. The B&B is in a nice residential area.
Just pay attention to site when booking, we had requested for a 3-people bedroom but got a confirmation just for a double bed.. .and found out at our arrival. By chance, our host could arrange a second room for us (with its additional cost ..(

Jennifer was very nice, I was just disappointed for not being told in advanced that the breakfast was no more served. And the shower is or very very cold, or very very hot, quite hard to use...
Unfortunately the cups in my room wer not cleaned (coffee from previous guests before) but sometimes one can forget.
A bit expensive for a night.
