In general, it was not very clean, the beds were more or less comfortable. There was no atmosphere in general. The staff was present and available on site.

Nous avions réservé pour 1 nuit et heureusement. Nous étions dans une chambre privée où il y avait des cafards (vivants) derrière la porte et à proximité de la fenêtre.
Une fenêtre donne sur l’intérieur de la pièce à vivre mais ne peut pas se fermer car trop ancienne.
Il n’y a pas de réelle porte pour l’auberge c’est une grille qui est fermée le soir et qui donne sur la rue donc il peut y avoir des nuisances.
Si vous voulez récupérer le deposit des clés attention l’accueil ouvre qu’à 9h!

Nice Hostel with good amenities! Would have appreciated to get more welcoming from the hosts to help us give us advices for our stay in Hilo tho :)
