0☆ - We booked this hostel and had no communication with the landlord of the hostel. We rang him several times with no answer, no WhatsApp reply and we had to try and find somewhere else at 11pm, we couldn't book in anywhere and ended up sleeping on park benches. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Enjoyed a quiet stay in a private room. The building I stayed in is quiet and does not have a social atmosphere - enter a hallway and from there the private room. Location is ok, not too far from the old city center or bus station if you don't mind walking, and enjoyed the big, beautiful park nearby. Staff couldn't have been better - no reception in the building, but in online communication they were patient, gracious. Walked 15 minutes to reception building at checkout and attendant was good.

When I got there, there was no owner or a responsible person to welcome me even if it was daytime. When I called him he picks up the phone, I tell him that I arrived and that I would like to start enjoying my room. His answer was that I have to GO AWAY and that he would CALL THE POLICE.
I was really shocked and explained that I made a booking through Website and that I should get my room cause I have no other place to sleep. He said that it’s not his problem… A TOTAL DISASTER!
