Good hostel

Awful. Paid for double bed. Got bunks. Light out of order. Bathroom was unclean. Brown stains on wall and ceiling. Dangerous electric socket out of wall. Staff unfriendly and seemed to consider anything hostel related a chore. So disgusted, I went to another hostel, which was clean, safe and had competent staff. Also…location was quite a distance from city center and impossible to get to on foot. I’ve been going to hostels for 25 years, and on three continents, worst ever. A disgrace!

If you are a group of guys planning on drinking heavily and need a place to crash for a few hours then this place will be fine. For any other reason at all i cannot recommend this hostel.
The area is dodgy, there are lots of groups of young men hanging around on the street, looked like drug dealers.
Hostel is cramped and dirty, lots of drunk men ambling around and people passed out on sofas in the hallways. Toilet filthy and broken, bin full of empty cider cans. Bathroom filthy. Beds awful.
