Set in Istanbul\'s Sultanahmet district, Avrasya Hostel offers budget rooms with free Wi-Fi just 150 metres from Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque. It offers a restaurant and a bar with a rooftop terrace.
The air-conditioned rooms at Avrasya Hostel are fitted with wooden floors and feature carpets with colourful drawings. The dormitories have shared en-suite bathrooms. Safety boxes are available at the reception.

You get what you pay for ! Cheap hostel = dirty showers, mildew, creeping roof, rude employee. Description from Hostelworld doesn't match in real. Couldn't pay by credit card. Airport shuttle is not included and almost impossible to assemble a group big enough. Hygienic paper has been missing all week in many toilets. *Unbearable odor of chemical spray* in first floor dorm for "cleanliness" (#bed-bugs). They also put pressure on me to give a positive review before leaving. Location is good tho.

Personnel adorable, ils sauront répondre à tous vos besoins. Les lits sont confortables et la literie est bonne. Le seul bémol était la douche un peu vieillotte qui ne faisait pas très propre de loin. Difficile de trouver un meilleur emplacement à ce prix. Nous reviendrons

Very well placed and the personal are nice , but very old building , the beds make noise, whenever someone moves you wake up , the bathroom is old and the facilities are not clean ( broken facilities in the bathroom ) , deteriorated shower cabin and smelly toilets, the hostel needs an upgrade to level up to the price and the spot they are located in ( 5 min walk from aya sofia and sultan mehmet mosque + tramway )
