Bonjour, je suis très mécontente de vos services et ceux de l hôtel car à cause des grèves en France impossible de ma rendre à Madrid ce jour là et vous vous êtes renvoyé la balle entre l hôtel e date de mon séjour .
L hôtel le raccrochait nez et la directrice était arrogante et debinait vos services!
Quand à vous à part me dire c est au bon vouloir de l hôtel...vous n avez pas été tendre non plus !
Par contre, vous avez su empocher mon argent😡😡!!!!
Je ne vous recommanderait pas du tout !!!!!

Superbe auberge, un peu chère mais un bon emplacement et des chambres conforts. Chouette terrasse mais pas souvent ouverte... Le personnel est très gentil et avait de bonnes recommandations.

Bel hostel, un bon emplacement en centre ville, un staff sympathique.
Côté peu mieux faire:
Absence d'accès aux chaînes TV (dur en cette période coupe du monde !)
Pas de réfrigérateur permettant de conserver un simple yaourt !

In January 2013 the Guardian selected us as one of the 10 best luxury hostels in Europe.
We're really proud of our rooms; all the bunk beds also have an special place where you can store small important things (wallet phones, etc.). In addition, they also have plugs for anything the customer may need for charging phones, cameras, tablets, and computers. All bunk beds have a reading light for not disturbing other guests in the room.
We cater to all types of traveller, from a group of girls to a solo traveller, a family, a couple or a businessman. All have a room in U Hostels. Of course, we are fully adapted to people with disabilities.
