Welcome to Anchi Guesthouse,
We are a local Croatian family who are dedicated to make everyone have a wonderful experience staying with us. If you want to feel at home in Dubrovnik, then come visit us and meet the best family around town.
Our property is well located in Dubrovnik
between the Main port and the Main Bus Station (300 m) in a calm residential area called GRUŽ. It is also close to several supermarkets, bakeries, shops, restaurants, ATM, banks, laundry service, pharmacy, post office etc..
You will be at a 30 minutes (2,5 km) walking distance to Old Town or 5 minutes by public bus 5 minutes (15 kunas). You also have plenty of beaches that are reachable with public bus in less than 15 minutes! And the bus stop drop you at 100 meters from our Guesthouse.
We have different types of dorm (two with 8 bed and one with 6 bed mixed dorms, one apartment with private kitchen and toilet, and two privets rooms with double bed) with comfortable beds and air conditioning. You also have access to multiple bathrooms, a big common area, laundry service, TV, reception, two fully equipped kitchens, nice terrace overlooking a large beautiful garden with BBQ and lots of deck chairs.
Of course, we give you full access to multiple FREE services and stuff.

Liste des choses qui ne vont pas :
- pas d’eau chaude durant mon séjour.
- odeur d’égout de jour comme de nuit, dû à la laverie d’à côté.
- nombreuses toiles d’araignée.
- présence des cafards.
- porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas à clef.
- trip peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (ex: seulement 2 petites cuillères, aucune spatule, pas de torchon ni de sopalin).
- présence de chats (mignon certes) mais qui défèquent dans la pièce commune.

Sinon bel endroit, agréable, bien localisé, personnel sympa.

Good hostel situated near the bus station, which is very convenient as you can leave your luggage. The staff is nice, but the atmosphere is not very present and the bathrooms also have some issues (cold water, door not closing, no toilet paper). Also the front door cannot be locked, which is not securing at all.
