At Lisbon Destination Hostel after COVID-19 we have adapted to lower the risks of transmission, having transformed some dorms into capsule dorms.
Did you know we are one of the most famous landmarks in Lisbon? Lisbon Destination Hostel (LDH) is located *INSIDE* one of the most iconic buildings in Lisbon: The Rossio Train Station. Access through the main entrance and follow the escalators or the elevators to the 2nd floor.
Come hang out with us in "Lisbon's Living Room". The Rossio Railway Station is an undisputed icon of late XIX Century Romantic architecture and it has recently undergone a profound facelift.
Between the ample first-floor dorms with large windows overlooking the historic city and the double rooms on the second floor with a view of our indoor garden, we're confident that you'll have a great experience!
Inside the hostel, you'll find a real indoor garden 'the jungle', where light filters down from the rooftop, harmoniously flooding the patio and creating an atmosphere perfect to chill and drink.
The most famous attractions in Lisbon are close to the Hostel: Alfama, Chiado, Baixa, Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodre. Also, access to Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site not to be missed, is literally at your DOORSTEP inside the train station!
Our central location is already a landmark, so if you want to relax inside, we offer chill spots with hammocks, movie nights, Nintendo Wii, pool table, ping-pong, and its own food & drinks, named Hokapi that will no doubt surprise you with beautiful food We offer WIFI throughout the hostel for your logistics and entertainment, including free Netflix in our private room. We have also transformed some of our largest rooms into coworking spaces to accommodate digital nomad needs.
And of course, join us in the evening for Happy Hour with buy 1 beer/cider, get 1 free!

very expensive for this kind of hostel, the showers and toilets are not wery clean, it's too hot in the room

Emplacement excellent. Dans la gare de Rossio (train pour Sintra), à 2 min de la ligne bleue (station Restauradores) et de la ligne verte (Rossio). Près des boutiques, restaurant, quartiers historiques.
Joao est très accueillant et Tatiana une excellente cuisinière. N'hésitez pas à prendre des repas avec l'hôtel, la nourriture est excellente et les prix raisonnables.

Quand je suis arrivée la première nuit, quelqu’un s’était installé dans mon lit. On m’en a donné un autre ainsi qu’une carte pour accéder à un locker. Quand je suis revenue le lendemain, mes affaires avaient disparus du locker et quelqu’un était à nouveau couché dans mon lit. On m’en a donné un autre et j’ai finis par retrouvé toutes mes affaires. Le nouveau lit n’était pas fait et il y avait des taches de sang sur le drap.

Being situated inside of one of the central Lisbon stations makes our hostel the perfect place for people that always want to be in the middle of everything happening. You can easily access all the points of interest of Lisbon and you have bars, malls, museums just around the corner. Being in a national monument at the same time makes the place especially charming. Every guest is really excited by the idea of staying in a train station. It's amazing to write to your mum, 'Hey, I'm ok, I'm sleeping in the train station in Lisbon!'
From the first sight you're getting impressed by the beauty and style, but then once you get inside you also get the special care and our extremely homey atmosphere. There\'re many spontaneous events happening, like celebrating one's birthday or just inventing new games.
I think every visitor must experience walking through Lisbon's seven hills (I'm really sure there's more than seven). Nothing can compare with this sweet pain in muscles and amazement in the mind from all the views you get from looking over the beautiful city of Lisbon! To have it extremely fun we advise you to join our free walking tour.
Our hostel is perfect for anyone; party guys will find Bairro Alto in just three minutes' walking distance, history lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of museums, galleries and monuments and shopoholics will find malls and small local designer stores.
