We checked in to the hotel around 7p.m. but we're left in shock when we learned that hotel staff had cancelled our booking and given the room to somebody else stating the reason , they have rules that we have to check in before 6 if we book thru hostel world.the did not intimate us before cancelling. no mail no call Had a very bad experience. Staff were not even responding properly and were harsh with us. I had even my aged parents with me. Had a very tough time.. Never again will book there.
