Our super friendly staff offers amazing day tours to the many beautiful attractions in London as well as a free dinner cooked by the staff and nights out to remember forever!
If you still need some convincing, our location is super central which provides quick transportation to anywhere you want to visit in the city via the tube! We are right near the beautiful Thames River, the London Eye, the Imperial War Museum (one of the best in London), Westminster Abbey, Sealife Aquarium and Big Ben along with other hidden gems!

- CANCELLATION POLICY
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Non-refundable rates: If your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.

Check-in from 3:30 PM. For late check-in, please email the hostel in advance.

-SEVEN DAYS LIMIT
We have a limit of 7 days to stay per guest, whether that be in the same reservation or divided in different ones.
-Age Limit
We have an age limit of 18 - 36 years old. If you are outside of this age range upon arrival to the hostel, we have the right to cancel your booking without refund of your deposit, as well as charging the applicable cancellation fee.

I never leave reviews but this hostel is truly great!! All the staff were so lovely, especially Monica and Chris. If you are solo traveling this hostel is worth it, you will not have to worry about doing any activities in London alone. Hostel is clean and in a decent location as well!

This is a wonderful little party hostel under new management. They were very welcoming and friendly to me. There is a luggage room that’s locked where you can store your things and small lockers in the rooms. They don’t lock but you can purchase one from the hostel or bring your own.
They made us all a vegetarian family dinner for free! It’s a surprise as the hostel is already very affordable, and this is a very kind gesture from them. They also do events each night.
Hot showers, great place!

I've stayed at a fair share of hostels in my time but none top waterloo for social events and hospitality!! The awesome staff made the hostel a great vibe and made the guests feel very welcome. Make use of the free morning tours that take place everyday and feast on the nightly family dinners. It's in a good location which is handy for getting around busy London. I'll definitely be coming back and cant recommend it enough!! See you next time Waterloo!!!
