Pros:
-Great location near shopping mall, opera house, and Japan town
-private room. Hot shower and Japanese toilet
-bakery instead of lobby with good banh mi
-cold a/c and clean room
Cons:
-despite the rooms and shower/toilet being very clean, there are cockroaches. One in the bathroom and we saw another on the wall in the bakery. It seems less of a big deal to locals maybe because of the city and tropical weather it is common? but be aware if that bothers you
