Great staff always keen to help, clean rooms with lots of space and the beds are super comfy and great value for money. Would stay again for sure

I had high expectations for this hostels but was left disappointed by my stay. No atmosphere at all. Had to pay extra money on arrival. Was provided a deposit slip for money back when checking out which I didn’t receive as apparently the staff made an error.
Booked this hostel as they say there is free breakfast, tea and coffee. This is not the case. They even have signs around the hostel promoting this?
Left feeling extremely underwhelmed and regretting my decision to stay here.
