Lolita's Boutique Hotel is a small colonial-style family hostel and has very spacious private rooms and dormitories, in which safety and tranquillity is the priority for our guests. The establishment is divided into 3 floors where the different rooms are located, we have a small kitchen that can be used by our guests with prior request during long stays for more than 3 days, we also have an image projector (to watch movies , video, etc) that can be used in our Lobby area for the entertainment of guests.
The hotel is located 400 meters from the Central Park, it is a very safe area, crowded during the day and at night the area is quite quiet and not noisy, if you require any information to carry out tours or explore different activities with we will gladly help you.
Inside the premises we do not have parking less than 50 meters away, customers can park their vehicles in the Private Parking Lot of Los Bomberos and have 24-hour surveillance, at a cost of $3 per night per vehicle. All our rooms have a private bathroom, include complete bed linen, towels, some have air conditioning, others have fans, some have a balcony, some have a TV, the cleaning of the rooms is at the request of the guest, the change of bed linen and towels is at least every 3 days, guests are given a key to their room and a copy of the key to the main gate so that the client can come and go at any time, since the reception service has limited hours .

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
