Terrace House

A house is a lower-priced inn of sorts that offers basic, shared accommodations. This features a large private room with a shared bathroom and a communal kitchen.

Every room comes with hissed internet. 5 minutes from Bush Garden and 20 minutes from Tampa international airport. Centrally located in Tampa. Few steps away from all groceries, banks, and restaurants. We also offer long-term accommodation for students and professionals.

Terrace House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 30 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes not included - 14.50%
Breakfast is not included.

General:
Reception: from 11:00 to 22:00
No curfew.

1. Please don’t leave any doors or windows open.
2. Please don’t keep personal belongings in the restroom.
3. Please no food in the room. Feel free to use the dining area any time.
4. no smoking inside the house.
5. Please keep the kitchen and restroom area as you would like to find after use and clean them after you use them.
6. Please turn off the lights and fan when you go outside.
7. Please be reasonable using a washer and dryer, only one lot per week (Max 2).
8. Please park your car in the driveway.
9. no outside guests are allowed other than registered guests.
10. Please make sure you lock your door and outside door when you go outside.
11. No drugs, drunk and disorderly behavior in the house.
