Raafat Suites

Raafat Suites offers a duplex in Mamoura, Alexandria, Egypt. You will be able to rent this first and second floor duplex, that is one street away from the beach, of the Mediterranean Sea, in the highly sought after area of Mamoura, Alexandria, Egypt.

This two floor duplex has 4 bedrooms, two of which have king size beds, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. Each bedroom also has a chair that converts to an extra single bed, if needed. Each floor of this duplex has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open concept kitchen, eating and living areas. The second floor also has a bathtub, in the larger bathroom. Appliances, such as a microwave, stove, refrigerator and washing machine are also provided.

All bedrooms have wall mounted, air conditioning units, as well as the living areas, above the large television, which is also wall mounted.
There is a stairway between the first and second floor, with a door at the top. One large family could occupy both floors, or it could be two families, where one is on the first floor and the other on the second floor, and they move up and down to the other floor using the stairs. The door can be locked, at the top, if need be. In the living area, the couch pulls out to become another bed, for two people, if needed. Both armchairs in the living area do the same, and each would accommodate one person.

Outside views from the huge windows, on both floors include street views, as well as the open concept living area, you will also enjoy garden views. From the first and second floor king size bedrooms, you will get a peek-a-boo look at the Mediterranean Sea, as this building is one street back from the beach. To access the beach, you just walk across the street, and down a short path to breathtaking views, of the Mediterranean Sea and fun times at the beach!

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash only.
