No kitchen or common room, though it is possible to make use of a hotel’s (rather sterile) lobby a bit down the road. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Music from the street is loud till late so bring earplugs. A lot of stairs (5 floors) and no lift so not good for those with limited mobility.
I did book a female room and was put in a mixed one, but I didn’t make a fuss, as the room mates were pleasant.

The staff was excellent.

Overall great stay. Air conditioning worked really well. Staff were really lovely and super helpful. Bathrooms had a weird smell but were clean.
