We are an open, cozy and vibrant place where you can start your Belgrade experience from. Our place is your home away from home and we are welcoming you to our Bongo family any time.
The hostel is located in the very heart of the city, walking distance from all major tourist attractions, but yet secluded and tucked in so you can get away from the traffic and crazy pulse of the big city.
If you want to get an authentic Belgrade experience we are the right place for you.
P.S. Our name came from one of the characters from book Doppler, written by Erlend Loe. If you bring any of his books in your language, we offer you 10% discount on your stay!
Hostel Bongo Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14.00 to 22.00
Check out before 11.00
Payment upon arrival by cash in serbian dinars
Taxes not included (the price of the tax is 160 rsd per person per night, or 1.50 euros )
Breakfast not included

Reception from 08.00 to 23.00
No curfew
Pet are not allowed

L'hostel bongo est une petite maison dans une ruelle. Nous avons logé dans une chambre privée qui était bien équipée mais qui avait forte odeur de tabac froid... Pas très agréable... Pour ce qui est des salles de bain, l'eau de la douche était froide et il y avait peu de pression. Cependant, il fait bon vivre dans cet auberge.

Duscan, Tamara, Sanka. If I could give a higher rating I would. Lovely people great atmosphere and very accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to anyone to stay here while in Belgrade.

Too many beds crammed in 1 room, there was no air circulation. No travellers spirit. Too many people staying in the hostel for long term. The constant presence of these residents having calls, cooking or chilling creates a weird vibe.
