The longer you stay, the more you will enjoy our E. A. Poe Library with the works of (and renowned commentaries about) E.A Poe, H. P. Lovecraft, Jean Ray, Jack London, … and many works of the most notable writers of the Postmodern Era : Italo Calvino, Don DeLillo, Thomas Pynchon, D. F. Wallace, …
If you are looking for a stay with a difference, look no further than BBeds & BBooks – We take pride our hostel’s truly unique and inspirational setting : the rooms are decorated with books. Our E.A Poe Library offers silence and space to relax and work.

BBeds and BBooks - Ghent is located in a prime spot, just one kilometer from the famous historical city of Ghent, Belgium and on the doorstep of the wonderful Flander’s countryside with lots of places to visit including the historical seaport towns of Bruges and Ostend.
Please do bear in mind that BBeds and BBooks - Ghent is providing affordable night accommodation in shared rooms. While our facilities and rooms are excellent, we do not have the resources to provide traditional 'hotel' services, nor do we make your bed every day (although we will change your sheets and towels every day).
We have 2 comfortable shared rooms.
BBeds and BBooks – Ghent Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12.00 to 23.00
Check out before 11.00

J’ai pas dormi la je me sentais pas dutout en sécurité! Super mal indique et organisation merdique! Je ne conseil cet établissement même pas a mon pire ennemi! Propriétaire pas la, une personne a la place qui parle que espagnol et ne fais pas d’effort pour communiquer. J’ai proposé de etuliser Google translater et il n’as pas reagit. En arrivant la personne sur place ne savais pas que je venais et pas de lit dispo. Je devrais dormir dans un salon avec 10lits degue. Moto dans l’entree, odeur🤢🤮.

L'établissement m'a imposé d'arriver avant 19h puis a annulé ma réservation vers 17h quand j'étais en route... Le WE de Pâques quand tout était complet. Scandaleux.

Please never book here. There is no hostel. I arrived to Gent in the afternoon, found the location but it was an apartment far from the center. There was a name on the ringbell, there was not a hostel. He hang up the phone and said that somebody will come and open the door at 11pm. It is not safe. I could not find another available hostel and return ticket to my home city. I had trouble times to find somewhere to stay. It was one of the worst day in my life. He said they open the door only at 11am and 11pm. How apartment is that, what is happening there. I ll complain them to the website.
