They did not know that i Had a reservation so that part is true in other reviews. However, they quickly sorted it out and got me situated. As far as cleanliness the room looked clean upon entry, but removing the pillows from a bed did reveal puffs of hair so my guess is the topside was cleaned and he sheets just weren't changed. The deadbolt did not fit into the door but the door lock worked. Overall it was convenient because it was maybe 3 mins from the terminal and loved the hot water shower.

An outstanding value for the money. Good location. Clean and quiet. Towels and soap supplied, and hot showers. Our only complaint is that it's difficult to reach a staff person.
