Easily the best place I stayed whilst backpacking. Communal kitchens were great, lovely atmosphere among guests, excellent pizza place nearby, helpful staff, supermarket just next door, privacy curtains on each of the beds, sockets and storage on each bed, and *genuinely* female-only dorms. Only downside was the distance from Milan centre, but there's excellent public transport (although the walk/from to the metro with my large backpack was difficult) and the value for money more than makes up for this.
