5. Special Cancellation Policy:
From 04 December 2021 to 31 March 2022: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% of the total price of the booking will be charged.
6. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation Policy during Non-Peak period (except 20 December – 4 January):
• Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night plus tax fee.
• If the guest does not check-in or no show, 1-night accommodation will be charged.

b. Cancellation Policy during the Peak period (20 December – 4 January):
• Reservations must be cancelled 20 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night plus tax fee.
• If the guest does not check-in or no show, 1-night accommodation will be charged.

c. Cancellation Policy for 30 days advance booking rate plan:
• Full non-refundable prepayment of the whole stay period is required for the Early Bird offer.
