During my whole stay i barely saw anybody. Communication was via short messages. I had some difficulties but found no one ro ask. The room was clean and adequate but there is a steep climb to it and the windows are strange. I could not figure out how to open them. The location is close to the center on a typical lisbon steep street

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the small breakfast items they provided were also great! Would recommend 100%
