Mon évaluation is about you, not the hotel.
I made a room reservation for three people and when I arrived there were none available.
The hotel staff said that you (the website) had made the reservation for a double room instead of a family room.
So I had to go find another hotel.
I hope they return the advance they took from my credit card.
