Please provide more facilities such as kitchen utensils or a pantry to prepare food. There was a big cockroach in the room toilet when we first entered which was disgusting. The ceiling was also covered with clothes moths which were not comfortable to sleep under. The wifi was not even usable, not sure if it's the speed or reception but it might as well not be advertised that your hotel has wifi if it's not usable. Booking through this website makes us pay a few ringgit extra which was a shock.

In a very bad location where you can find 0 taxis. Staff will arrange you a taxi which will cost you 30 ringgit for 3 Km. Staff is inexperienced & cannot understand foreign guests at all. The room was not clean, linen was not clean, had dirt marks and patches. Tried using a cup in the room & realized it is been used before and not cleaned properly and the food stain were still there. Both the cups were like that. Very small room. Very bad stay. 10 ringgit tourism tax not included in the roo rate
