The property has been built using highly natural materials, native, such as walls made of straight-grained wood and isolating materials, central heating, solar panels (first system in Puerto Natales), low energy consumption, recycling system. We are constantly promoting alternative energy systems (natural air ventilation, heating, sunlight), considering its natural benefits, we have the green stamp quality and ecological rules for human beings benefits and environment. Although the place was nice and clean, we didn't feel the atmosphere of an hostal.
The staff wasn't really involved. They sell tours and rent trekking equipment, but they don't inform us about what we should do and see.
The sound insulation wasn't good at all. We heard the street noises even if the windows are supposed to be double glazing.
They offer the laundry but for a laundry for 1 person is 10.000CLP !!!
You could probably find a better place to rest for the same price or even cheaper

Bien qu’ayant réservé depuis longtemps mon séjour, et m’étant avisé de contacter l’hébergement avant mon arrivée, il m’a été répondu qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation à mon nom.
Depuis, le site est incapable de me rendre mon argent, je ne suis plus à Puerto Natales et je trouve le service nul, totalement inefficace : je ne conserve pas une bonne opinion du système.

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable à la Yaganhouse, une nuit avant et une nuit après avoir fait le Trek W dans le parc Torres del Paine. Tenu par une mère de famille qui habite la maison avec ses filles et parle un bon anglais, les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées. Possibilité de faire laver votre linge, de louer du matériel pour le trek ou de stocker des sacs pendant quelques jours. Le petit-déjeuner est sympathique (une cuisinière vous propose des oeufs !). Très bien !
