We enjoyed our stay. The location is good and the rooms are spacious. If you are to stay there you must definitely try the pasta house downstairs (very very good). However, our room was quite noisey (filter just beside), so earplugs is a must. Also, there is no common area, so dont expect to meet other travelers (great for couples though). Overall, would recommend for the price quality ratio.

Very nice clean room with a little fridge and table. Location is good, a few minutes from Chaweng beach and the food in the pasta house below is great. Staff were very friendly. Not a very social place as there are only a few rooms and there isn’t any communal space to spend time in but good value for a quiet and practical place to stay.

Great place to stay! Clean and a nice room. The three flights of stairs can be difficult with luggage though so not ideal. Location is perfect though. Main thing is the site didn't mention about not having hot water, which it doesn't! Just a heads up. The food in the restaurant is delicious! I would stay again.
