Totally obnoxious staff ...they didn't receive my confirmation email..and denied to give me room as i also paid 10 Canadian dollars..they don't know how to treat someone.

Pro: Hotel staff worked very hard and attentively to meet all our requests/needs. Free breakfast. Even did small laundry for free! Close to Golden Temple.Helpful arranging taxi services.Con: Really cold rooms, no wifi in bedrooms, sheets were dirty (though new ones were brought when we asked). Hotel towels were damp but I suspect it's because, to be fair, it was cold out and clothes are hung outside to dry. In short, hotel tried it's best, was a good budget option, but not the most comfortable.

Positive: Good Staff, Sunny is a very good chap! Quite helpful, the location is the best it can be, just a 20 meters away from the Golden temple. Even the owner is very cooperative and helpful. Nice guys. Would visit again.
Negative: People visiting can be quite noisy some times. Room cleanliness can be improved.
