Our room opened straight onto the street so was quite noisy. The bed was comfy and the showers are hot (though quite small). The breakfast was decent at €10

An incredible spot and a nice hostel but quite small. We were the only group there and it felt small.

Didn’t end up staying here. arrived at 6am from the bus and by 9 had decided to not stay. It is literally on the beach. There is sand in everything and no taps for washing feet anywhere to be seen. Maybe I’m too old for a place like this but felt cheap, dirty and run down.

One of the great hostels. Great staff, great facilities, kitchen. Super chilled and very helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Have stayed here a few times now. A simple hostel but works well. Hot water not always great but would stay again.

A good hostel except for the noise from next door that finally stopped at 6am. Everything is good but there’s a rehearsal space/bar next door that might make very loud noise all night. Would not recommend

A simple hostel that is good for one night before heading to jungle. Staff were very helpful in organising a tour. Beds were pretty good

I slept in the tent on the first night. It was ok because it was in June. Don’t even consider it if it’s summer. The tents are right in the public area, so not much peace/privacy. The staff were very lovely and helpful though. And the location is great. Would stay here again, though would probably take a dorm next time.

A very solid hostel. Good air conditioners in the rooms of a night time, an OK breakfast, lockers in the room, decent kitchen, helpful staff, and a nice place to relax during the day. Would recommend.

It seems they've tried to get as many beds in to as many rooms as possible. The dorms were really cramped and not big enough to hold 8 beds meaning there was not enough space for bags. Also, there weren't enough bathrooms or toilets, and they were in the same cubicle, meaning the toilets were wet or the showers smelt from the person next to you. The communal spaces, however, were really nice, a good kitchen, a decent breakfast from the inhouse cafe and a good spot.

Good hostel with a good breakfast and a nice feel. If you want to get a surf lesson from Yoyo don't rely on Ross to hook it up for you as it probably won't happen. Speak to the other guests or go knock on the door - he lives across the road.

Solid hostel with nice staff. The kitchen was pretty small and was a challenge, and felt at times that there weren't enough toilets. The staff were very helfpul in organising tours and a trek.

Good if you manage your expectations. Breakfast was good and the host was helpful and happy until we ate dinner elsewhere, then not so much

We arrived eary in the morning (4.30am). The staff were rude and made us feel guilty for arriving so early, even though we told them that we would. We weren't allowed to use the kitchen to make a coffee. No kitchen facilities, ordinary breakfast. Wouldn't recommend.

A little further out of town than most other hostels. The staff were nice, but were all volunteering which meant that most didn't know very much and weren't able to help much. We had a tent, which was nice to have a private space and room, but were too hot to spend time in during the day. The kitchen is small but ok. There was lots of noise from parties around the hostel which went all night.

Great spot - we had a private room which had great air conditioning. The kitchen is small and can be cramped when only 2-3 groups want to cook. The eggs and pancakes for breakfast were very good.

The cheapest hostel we could find in peak season. Was good considering the price, with decent dorms, but an average communal space.

As anywhere in Puerto Natales, value for money is low, but this was a nice hostel and the hosts were super lovely. Breakfast was really good too.
