Plan d’accès à Cumberland House Gatwick

We will provide free transport to and from Gatwick Airport to Cumberland House during the hours of 05:00 and midnight GMT. Outside these hours a local taxi is only five pounds.

South Terminal
Our only collection point at South Terminal is at Car Rentals on Arrivals Floor.
Follow signs for taxis, courtesy coaches and car rental….this will take you along a moving path walk similar to an escalator. At the end of the path walk you will see the taxi rank ahead of you. You will also find public telephones at this point…and a sloping path walk downwards on the left hand side to arrivals floor. Go down the sloping path walk and the main entrance/exit will be on your left hand side….Walk through the main door and turn right. Walk to your right and stand immediately outside The Car Rentals for the Cumberland House Car. Red Mini Van V98 HEV. Please telephone Cumberland House on 01293 825800 to advise us that you have picked up your baggage, cleared all customs and are ready at Car Rentals for us to collect you.
NB. The telephones at Gatwick Airport will accept British coins 20p & 10p.


North Terminal
Our only collection point at North Terminal is at Car Rentals on Arrivals Floor.
Come out through the main door on the ground level. Cross over 2-3 lanes of traffic and you will see Car Rentals ahead of you. Wait outside Car Rentals for the Cumberland House Car. Red Mini Van V98 HEV Please telephone Cumberland House on 01293 825800 to advise us that you have picked up your baggage, cleared all customs and are ready at Car Rentals for us to collect you.
NB. The telephones at Gatwick Airport will accept British Coins of 20p & 10p.

By road: Nearest Motorway is M23 J9.

Check in Time can be flexible by arrangement. You must let us know your flight number, where you are flying from and estimated time of arrival at Gatwick.

Check Out Time is 10:00hrs.
