Travelling from Dublin:

Follow N7 out of Dublin and take M7 Southbound, taking the M9 Waterford/Kilkenny Route. Follow M9 until Exit 7 signposted Paulstown. Take R712 road for Kilkenny for approximately 5 kms. Turn right BEFORE Paddy's Country Pub, as signposted. Continue for 800 metres, over the bridge and straight on and Ashbrook House is on the right hand side.

Travelling from Kilkenny:
Follow R712 Road towards Paulstown. Continue for approx 10 kms, take first left after Paddy's Country Pub as signposted. Continue for 800 metres, over the bridge and straight on and Ashbrook House is on the right hand side.
